What is Holistic Wellness Coaching?

A wellness health coach helps you examine your relationship with areas of health and wellness most important to you. The deeper nature of your well-being is taken into consideration as all components of a well-rounded life such as emotional, physical and spiritual health are enhanced. A coach is your advocate, your biggest supporter, and will keep you accountable through your customized program. Your program consists of weekly manageable goals that propel you towards your vision of what you want your life to be.

Meet Brianna Clark, your new Wellness Coach!

Brianna Clark is a certified Holistic Wellness Coach in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has an extensive background in Health and Wellness as well as personal development. Her education includes a BS in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah, Wellness Coaching Certification from Wellcoaches as well a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist.

She works with clients both locally and nationally. Weekly coaching sessions can be held at The Anatomy of Wellness or over the phone. Brianna specializes in helping others lay out a specific action plan to achieve wellness-related goals with an empathetic and empowering approach. She works with people who are ready to make big changes and possess the motivation to get started.
