Experiencing pain most days from then on, she pursued her own self-care journey to manage pain and stay healthy. This experience combined with her interest in anatomy, muscle health, and the biomechanics of healthy movement led her to specialize in orthopedic clinical massage therapy and become certified as a corrective exercise specialist. She strives to offer a comprehensive approach to pain relief that starts in the office and extends into her client's daily life.
