Posture and Mobility Screen
A screen movement screen will assess your range of motion, posture distortions, and compensation patterns. We identify the potential causes of repeated pain and soft tissue injury. If you qualify, a personalized treatment plan consisting of clinical massage and corrective exercise will be developed for you, called CoreEx. CoreEx is a weekly commitment, with each appointment being 60 minutes. At each session, we progress/regress your program, check for proper form and muscle activation, and work through the tight/restrictive soft tissue that is inhibiting your movement.
Movement and Exercise Screen - $95
CoreEx™ Program
Ready to start a comprehensive and effective program customized just for you? Hop right into our signature CoreEx™ program. Combining corrective exercise and clinical massage therapy, we get to the source of your soft tissue dysfunction and correct it from the root cause. One 60-minute session per week for at least 8-12 weeks is recommended for sustained progress. At each session, you will receive targeted clinical massage therapy and a corrective exercise specialist teaching you how to correct your movement compensations. The aim is to reduce pain, reduce repeat injuries, and improve posture and function. CoreEx is ideal for any age and fitness level and is designed to elevate your movement quality. This is important for sports and training, but also to simply move well as we age.
